Each CUSTOM Scrub Rack will be fabricated from measurements from each of your specific surgical instrument.  To share these measurements, please follow the instructions below:

 

Print the Instrument Measurement Form for each surgical instrument and take a photo of each surgical instrument fully open with the finger loops touching and centered on the top of an inch ruler.  The entire ruler does not need to be in the photo.  Please try to eliminate any shadows on the finger loops.   See  example below.   

 

If you are ordering 10 Scrub Racks for 10 surgical instruments, print the Instrument Measurement Form for each surgical instrument’s photo.

*If you anticipate any racks will need to hold more than 25-30 instruments please indicate that on that instrument's order form. We will make an extra long arm at no additional charge. 

Please complete the Scrub Racks Board layout and  the Instrument Measurement forms and email them together to: info@ScrubRacks.com.

You can expect your custom order in approximately 6 weeks and we'll pay the shipping.
